Nitrogas centralizes all its R & D in NTC to better manage the knowledge gained in such a way that is shared throughout the organization. The continuing results of this approach are a large number of patents that have kept Nitrogas a leader in the worldwide gas spring industry.

TRAINING

NITROGAS customers can receive on request free training courses both in Nitrogas and at the customers’ facilities. The goal is to share the knowledge gained from our entire customer base in order to improve the satisfaction with the products, increase the safety of their use and maximize performance.

This training is intended to provide benefits to multiple receivers, including the operating department who will use the gas springs (where training on safety and use is a priority), as well as the technical departments that require more focus on the technical characteristics of the product, allowing for the selection of the most efficient gas cylinders for the required working conditions.

JOINT COOPERATION PROJECTS

NTC offers all of its resources and knowledge to their clients to approach projects that require specific solutions or need to achieve products performance levels that the current market does not offer.

CUSTOM DESIGN

Repeatedly, the working standards of our customers, or the specific needs of a die, require the design of a unique solution. NTC will respond to these requests.

KNOWLEDGE CENTRE - RESPONSE TO PROBLEMS

The daily activities of our customers identify many situations that require the issuance of reports that clearly explain problem origination, the repetition of these problems and available alternative products. NTC offers this problem-solving service for our own products, as well as any gas spring brand available on the market.
