NITROGAS presents the new Controllable Stop Gas Spring |
As a result of the intense R&D work made by its recently created R&D Department, Nitrogas has developed a new and revolutionary controllable stop gas spring that offers significant benefits with respect to the existing systems currently in the industry. Nitrogas will present this new system during the next 25 BIEMH Exhibition that will take place in Bilbao, Spain, from 3rd to 8th of March 2008 and also during the next EUROBLECH Exhibition. The main benefits of this new system are:
-The system is integrated into one single element avoiding the use of two different elements (active gas spring and accumulator)
-Minimum spring-back with the possibility of achieving a negative spring-back
-Easy installation and maintenance due to the lack of connection hoses between the active gas spring and the accumulator
-Significant reduction of the working temperature avoiding external refrigeration systems
-Significant increase of the working speed and product life
-Very competitive price compared to the existing systems |
